Kuk Sool Won is an ancient martial art from Korea. We went to a Kuk Sool Won class here in Sant Feliu. Our teacher was Jordi Valesco. He is an expert in Kuk Sool Won. We learned about the martial art, respect for our teacher and some of the techniques. We also did some stretching exercises and Jordi showed us his abilities! We all enjoyed the class very much and hope to do more again soon!
